This wonderful art is great for all ages. There are two instructors - Grandmaster Mark Tracy and Jen Meade(Brashear).
Mark has been teaching Tai Chi for over 20 years. Jen has been teaching for about 6 years. Both teach the Yang Short Form.
Tai Chi is meditation in motion. As you learn the steps and movements you will become more confident, more mobile, and learn to"breath". These classes are for beginners/intermediates. You can choose the classes you would like to attend. There are many benefits even one day a week, but for the best benefits we suggest at least 2.
Classes are $25 for one hour. It is best to wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes for stability.
Monday 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Wednesday 11am to noon and 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursday 11am to noon
Saturday 11am to noon
